# Can’t access wp-admin

 * when i try and access wp-admin i get the following error
    Warning: http_build_query():
   Parameter 1 expected to be Array or Object. Incorrect value given in /home/kelvinco/
   public_html/restorenotwork/wp-includes/Requests/Transport/cURL.php on line 508
 * I have tried disabling the plugins by renaming the plugin folder to plugin.deactive.
   but it still does not load.
 * this is the result of migrating a site to new hosting at siteground

 * After renaming the folder the sites background image loads. but as I said still
   can’t access the admin page
