can't access wp-admin

    Hi
    after some tiome i did not access this site, today i wanted to do some work, and i can’t access wp-admin
    whe site is visible, but wp-admin i just got blank page
    tried:
    reupload the Whole clean wordpress
    rename the plugin folder,
    rename the themes folder..nothing has changed
    what can i do?
