# Can't access wordpress. Please Help!

 * I was adding a banner to the “functions.php” code and I updated the file and 
   then i got this error
 * “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/network1/public_html/wp-content/
   themes/arras-theme/functions.php on line 68’
 * Now i cannot access my blog or dashboard. the error comes up when I go to my 
   domain to.
 * “www.nationalnewsweek.com”
 * If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated.

 * Access your server via [FTP or SFTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   navigate to `/wp-content/themes/` and rename the directory of your currently 
   active theme. This will force the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the
   Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to activate and you should be able
   to access your blog and Dashboard.
