    Hello,

I’ve been having troubles recently with accessing my website http://www.twigcomms.com. I can log into the admin panel and change content from there, but when I click “view site”, or try to access a page by clicking “switch to front end” on the themify builder, all I get is a blank page. This happens on both my computer and others I’ve tried (all macs)

Other times I don’t even have to be logged in to experience this blank white page: I’ve tried it on both Safari and Chrome where I am trying to access my site, it “loads” but no content is visible. This only happens on my computer.

    My theme is Ultra (btw)

Let me know if you need more info! Thank you 🙂

The blank page means that PHP is crashing, likely due to a function in the theme or a plugin that only triggers if you’re logged in.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

Thank you! I disabled all of my plugins and found that WP Super Cache was the problem.

    You’re welcome!

I recommend reporting the issue at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-super-cache#postform so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
