Can't access to the admin dashboard

    Hello, when I try to get to the admin dashboard of my blog, y get this message:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 376984 bytes) in /home/deacomar/public_html/wp-admin/index.php on line 13

    This issue started yesterday, when I tried (and failed) to automatically upgrade to the latest version of wordpress.

    Can someone tell me how could I solve this? I know this is probably a stupid question, but any suggestion or help is more than welcome!
