    firewall of CleanTalk Security block my ip public

    i had to desactive CleanTalk Security to access to my wp-admin

    please help

    and when i reactive CleanTalk Security in my plugin editor,
    i see this message error in the window Security by CleanTalk of my wp-admin :

    2018-07-26 17:19:04: Error occurred while sending scan logs. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 8 MSG: Unknown files array values bad.

    i tried to set my ip public in the white list of my CLeanTalk account and it change anything, always blocked

    We have released new version of the plugin today. Please, update it (same guide for Anti-Spam and Security):

    Additionally, consider setting up auto-update feature:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-auto-update

    After adding anything to your Personal Lists in your CleanTalk Dashboard, please, go back to your website backend and press “Save Changes” button in the settings of the CleanTalk plugin.

    It will make the plugin update its database instantly so you wouldn’t have to wait for changes to be applied.

    You can always check whether any IP is being blocked or not by adding this parameter to your website address:
    /?security_test_ip=10.10.10.10

    IP could be changed from 10.10.10.10 to any.

    – Anti-Spam by CleanTalk is Version : 5.99.1
    – Security by CleanTalk is Version : 2.15

    but i’m still blocked
    with this message when i try to log in on my wp-admin :

    Security FireWall is activated for your IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    Blocked by Web Application Firewall: XSS atatck detected.

    the “/?security_test_ip=10.10.10.10” test get this message :

    “Security FireWall is activated for your IP 10.10.10.10
    Hazardous network”

    the antiSpam statut of my website in my CleanTalk dashboard
    is green and ACTIVE

    Please, do the following to delete the CleanTalk Security completely:
    1. Log in to your Hosting Account.
    2. Locate the folder of your website.
    3. Delete the Security plugin folder “security-malware-firewall” here:
    <WordPress-root-folder>/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall

    After that the plugin can not affect your website in any way.

    if i’m correct,
    you want me to delete completely CleanTalk Security
    by using a FTP client to delete his folder ?

    ok, but if i do it, my website will be not protect, wright ?
    and this last days, i was under too much attacks
    i can not do this !

    >i have to nename the CleanTalk Security folder
    using my FTP client, by accessing to my Hosting Account

    and i immediately reactive the CleanTalk Security plugin

    the firewall block “SQL-injection” too when i update an article
    (need to desactive/reactive plugin to do this)

    In this case, if I choose solution using manual key, create account to get a key, will have any error?

    There should be no errors at the moment.

    It doesn’t matter what method do you use.

    You can either copy-paste your key or get it automatically.
