Hi, every once in a while I’ve seen another plugin interfere with accessing the admin panel when using Coming Soon Page (I believe Theme my login is one of those – I’ve seen that mentioned a few times).
To resolve this you have to remove the Coming Soon Page plugin (you’re setup won’t be removed) and then re-install Coming Soon if you decide to remove TML (or install another Coming Soon page of course).
The steps
1) Go to your web host’s CPanel File Manager
2) Delete the directory ‘easy-pie-coming-soon’ inside wp-content\plugins. Note: ONLY delete the easy pie coming soon directory – nothing else.
3) Get into your site using wp-admin or whatever URL you usually use
4) Determine what other plugin is causing interference
5) Either reconfigure that plugin or remove it
6) Reinstall Coming Soon Page
As mentioned, your previous settings will still be intact if you decide to reinstall.

Actually, i’ve renamed easy-pie-coming-soon folder than I can access to the backend.
I’ve deacitvated Theme my login during the maintenance.
Finally I turn off Coming Soon and re-activate Theme my login.
