Hi there! Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Jetpack plugin from your Dashboard? To do so, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins
2. Deactivate Jetpack
3. Click the “Delete” link under Jetpack and follow the prompts to confirm
4. Install the Jetpack plugin once again
5. Connect Jetpack
Following these steps will clear out existing settings, and allow you to attempt a fresh connection. Please let me know when you’ve done the above, let me know if the issue persists. If it does, could you provide me with a link to your site, so I can take a look?
Thanks!
I have the same problem. I followed your instructions to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. Still canโt access the Jetpack dashboard or settings when I click on any of the Jetpack links in the WP admin panel.
@kmsiever: Hi there! Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

Thank you!
I tried. It didn’t worked. Same problems after desinstall/install.
My website : real-france.fr
I can only access to a small dashboard of jetpack when I go “Plugins > Installed Plugins” and “Settings” under Jetpack (near the button desactivate).
But real dashboard doesn’t work, like the option suscribtions..
Correction : suscribtions (posts shared by e-mail) works now. But not the dashboard, always a blank page..
Thanks for the additional info! The next thing to check is whether any other plugins on your site may have a conflict. Please check our Known Issues list here:
http://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/troubleshooting-tips/
You can also try to deactivate all plugins on your site, and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then activate them one at a time to determine which is causing the conflict.
If that doesn’t help, please rule out a theme conflict by temporarily changing your site’s theme to a default theme (such as Twenty Sixteen) and trying again.
Let me know how that works for you!
Honestly, I won’t touch anything and wait the next MAJ.
For information, I suspect W3 cache (the only plug-in I add recently) to provoques conflicts with JetPack.
For the moment, everything works (subscriptions are back since re-install) excepted Jetpack dashboard, which I can access passing by “Plugins > Installed Plugins”. Fortunately, because after your advice to deactivate Jetpack, I couldn’t be able to re-activate Photon or others modules ! Right now, Photon works, Suscriptions works.
That’s why I will wait the next MAJ, which I’m sure will solve the problem of missing dashboard ๐
(sorry for my bad English, I’m french ๐ )
No worries at all! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with in the meantime. Otherwise, we’ll wait to hear back from you!
Thanks ! Count on me ๐
