    Hello there,

The migration works well, but since I’ve installed it I can’t access to the customize.php (Appearance > Customize)

    Here the error message:
“The site encounters technical difficulties. Please check the site administrator account mailbox for instructions.”

I don’t receive this email by the way, even after changed with different emails.

    I’ve already tried:
    → Turn off plugins
    → Switch theme

    I’m on:
    → Apache
    → PHP 7.2.14
    → SQL 5.5.62

    Thank you for your help,
    Arthur

It is some plugin or theme that is causing this.
You could enable debugging and see if the website will display the error in the browser.

See if your web hosting can see the error – it might be that their PHP configuration is silencing the output.

    Solved.

I’v finally replace the file “class-wp-customize-manager.php” from the original one, and now it works.

    Thank you for help.

Edit : I mean the one from the duplicated website, not the one from a fresh WordPress install.

Quite strange – does that mean that the fresh website had a corrupted file?
If so, you might want to start over and reinstall WordPress just to be on the safe side – other files might be corrupted as well.

I think it’s coming from the first import.

I don’t know why but the first import was partial, few pages, few plugins… while it was 100% imported.
