# Can’t access support

 * hi, when i go to the support page, it asks me to verify the account. when I log
   into my account via the support page link it doesn’t make me verify the account.
   how can I do ?

 * no no resolution I have trivially surrendered to the fact that I will no longer
   buy plugins from woocommerce because I find it inexplicable that a problem relating
   to access to assistance and my subscriptions cannot be solved in many days.
