HTTP 500 errors are “usually” associated with a misconfiguration in your .htaccess file. Try backing up your existing .htaccess file somewhere safe, then delete the .htaccess from your root directory. Then try the site.
If the site loads correctly. You can usually regenerate the .htaccess file by heading over to Settings->Permalinks and then clicking Save in yoru WordPress admin dashboard.
I appreciate your info…but I really am computer clueless. I either don’t have an .htaccessfile or don’t have a clue where to find it. I did everything on the site from dashboard and can’t access it now.
Your .htaccess file lives in your WordPress root folder. You will need to login via FTP and navigate to where WordPress is installed usually in public_html or htdocs.

I can’t get to my wp-admin dashboard and my website is down except for the home page. No blog posts can be accessed.
I used the browser diagnostics in my Firefox console and got this: Error: Error calling method on NPObject! wp-admin:1:1594

@thingscouldbeworse.org your error appears to be related to the Widget Builder plugin.
Try disabling the plugin manually (https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/disable-a-wordpress-plugin/)
Also I would suggest opening your own thread rather than jumping in on this one.
