Can't access site admin after wordpress update to 4.6

    hi
    I cant now access my site word press admin after an upgrade to word press 4.6. I get this error all the time.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function save_mod_rewrite_rules() in /home1/electpower/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hide-my-wp/models/Rewrite.php on line 71

    please help
