Can’t access reusable blocks

    Hello WP experts,
    I can’t seem to access reusable blocks.
    When I select a block and add it to reusable blocks, I can’t, well, reuse it. That is, when I try to add the same block to another page, no reusable blocks are available.
    This site runs WP 5.7.1 and uses the Helium theme and child theme.
    Can anyone help me find the missing reusable blocks?

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
