# Cant access Pro Support

 * Hey Marcus,
 * This is in reference to the EM Pro plugin and support pages.
 * I am unable to access the [https://eventsmanagerpro.com/](https://eventsmanagerpro.com/)
   site. I am being blocked by Sucuri Firewall. And even worse yesterday when I 
   was able to access the site and tried to login I received an error – it was a
   red box that just says ‘error:’ and nothing else.
 * I know two other people having the same problem. Please fix this as soon as possible.
   We are all having similar problems. I’m trying to update but I am unable to.
 * We are all getting very concerned as we are having problems that need to be addressed
   and our problems have been ongoing for quite some time now.
 * Myself I can’t update to the latest releases, which have the patches for severe
   security bugs, due to problems with paypal in the latest releases.
 * The others are also having paypal problems. And if you can’t sell tickets then
   you are definitely having problems. I was actually hacked on Friday and had to
   do a lot of cleanup work. I don’t know where else to post this since I can’t 
   access the Pro Support website.
