Hi @ebrahim016
You can check if Editor role has Read capability enabled, but it should have it by default. If this issue still persists, I would check if one of your plugins does not block access to WordPress Dashboard by deactivating all your plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate all plugins one by one to see which one causes that issue. You can also switch the current theme to the default WordPress theme temporarily and see if this helps.
I hope that helps.
The editor role works when I disabled the theme and all plugins.

What can I do now
Hi, Members Plugin developers
When I create a user and give the editor as the user role then when that editor user login my administrator role changes to the editor.
Now I can’t back the administrator role.
Why is this happening?
I am very worried
How to solve it?
Please help me
Did you test adding new user with Editor role when all plugins except Members were disabled and default WordPress theme was used, or did you enable all plugins and start testing it?
If it works properly when all plugins except Members are disabled, you will need to enable all plugins one by one and test this each time to see which plugins cause this issue.
Best
I checked.
When I disable and delete the members plugin it works fine.
But again when I install and activate the plugin, another new problem appears.
See the screenshot below.

The administrator is ok but the editor is showing this error.
I have faced three types of problems with this plugin and had to restore the website backup three times.
This is a very bad plugin that bugs me a lot.
This plugin should be fixed otherwise I can’t use it.
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing issues, but Members does not change anything on your site after installation. Our plugin takes all capabilities provided by WordPress and installed plugins and theme and allows you to manage them. Sometimes it may happen that one of the crucial capabilities is removed or denied. When you see “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error, the cause of this is either missing Read capabilities in General tab of the role editor or the script provided by one of the plugins or theme that blocks WordPress Dashboard.
I hope that helps.
