Can’t access my wp- admin page after adding one code under html shortcode

    Added one code under html shortcode in code snippet after that I can’t access my wp-admin page .
    Code added was:$mssg=urlencode(‘ please
    login Before Checkout ‘);
    echo $_GET[‘mssg’];
    I don’t understand even this code but pasted in snippet . Now I am facing problem please help me to fix this.
