Can't access my site and admin – 404 Error

Hi,

I do not have made any major changes in the site, nor have too many plugins installed. But I constantly get 404 error and can’t access my admin and website too. When I looked into cpanel, folder seems to be empty.

It gets back to work after a while and then again starts getting error. I couldn’t figure out what is causing the problem and what can be the solution?
