Can't access my new website online

I spent a long time yesterday working on my site http://www.flewelling.net, and had no problem visiting site to see how my changes looked. Then all of a sudden last night I couldn’t do that. When I try to reach the site on my browser it won’t download, and I can’t visit site from inside my dashboard.
