I have read through that but my admin username and password fields are not even showing up. So I can’t even get into my site.

It is just a blank screen when I try to access my log in page

I don’t understand, the article gives you 5 leads to changing your password that do not involve the dashboard.
Well I think those other methods are beyond my understanding. Let me take a look at them and try thoes.
