Can’t Access my Administration or Find my page

    I was working on our webpage and I was redirected to “unable to locate page” I then tried to log in at http://giacare.com/wp-login.php and it will not log in or do anything at all. I had just used the username and password to log in, I’m not sure why it is not working only a few minutes later. Additionally the webpage when I search http://www.giacare.com looks very odd, it wasn’t like this before the redirection occurred. I am freaking out and don’t know what to do or how to fix this issue. Please help!

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    You mean who is your hosting provider?

    If so, it looks like giacare.com is hosted by Peak 10
