    After installing this plugin I can’t access my Word Press Admin Dash Board. And it doesn’t work. Check the reviews and the respondent yourself.

The reason that could have caused the issue could either be a misconfiguration of the plugin settings or a plugin conflict.     Regarding the review, it feels very disheartening and harsh action by getting a 1-star review for an issue that we didn’t even get a chance to solve. You could have contacted our support team and asked for help before taking this decision. I believe everyone deserves a chance to correct things if they mess up. We would totally be satisfied with the review if it had been posted given that we wouldn’t be able to solve it. At WPEverest, we always give our users the first priority and we never want them to face any issues with our plugin. And in any case, if they face it then our support team is available to solve it. Regarding the delay, it is the difference in the timezone because of which we are unable to reply to your available time.
