Can't access log-in page: "could not connect to 127.0.0.1"

Hi, I am using WordPress on three sites that I am hosting and for all of them, when I go to the http://websitename.com/wp-admin/ page, it redirects to this address: http://127.0.0.1/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwebsitename.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
(Where I’ve typed in “websitename.com” is where the real site names show when I try this.)
This is what shows on the page:

Firefox:
Unable to connect
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1

Chrome:
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 127.0.0.1
Try reloading the page

I found this thread where someone seems to have had the exact same problem, and it appears to have resolved itself:

So I’ve been checking back every few hours to see if it mysteriously starts working again, no luck yet. Does anyone else have any ideas?
