• Hi All,

I am having an issue and am hoping to get some help! I wasn’t sure where to post this, so I apologize if it is in the wrong place.

Ok, so I have a food blog and back when I started it last spring, I
signed up for a Feedburner account. Now, I don’t remember how I signed
up or what email address I gave and I have to admit, I never tried
logging in. It was just something I didn’t have time to figure out.

But, this was my feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/eatdrinklove

You can see that it works, it’s pulling my posts from my site. Now, My
website just had a makeover and I tried to log in so that I could
activate the email subscription feature. However, that feed does not
seem to be linked to my google account. It made me sign up for a new
one. But, every time I try to sign in using the above username, it
does not let me. It says:

The username or email address you entered was not found on
    feedburner.eatdrinklove. Please try again.

I tried logging in with my Google account, and it says the same thing.
I have no clue how to access my feed account, yet it clearly belongs
to me. I’ve tried every email address I have (including both my gmail accounts). Nothing lets me in.
    Please help!

My address is http://eat-drink-love.com In the meantime, my designer just updated my rss feed with the new one, but I would still like to be able to log-in to my old one.

Are you trying to log in to WordPress, your WP blog, or feedburner?

Gotta talk to Google man. That’s not controlled by WP or the code on your blog.

Yeah, I posted a message on the Google feedburner forum and I’ve only gotten a response from 2 people who said they have the same problem. Nobody is offering any help. Just thought someone here may have had a similar experience and might know what to do.

You have to know which account created the feed. If it wasn’t yours, it was someone else’s. Ask your webdev if s/he did it.
