# Can’t access extensions

 * Hi there, I’m configuring our new store site, but cannot access the extensions.
   The page opens with ‘The link you followed has expired.’ I understand this could
   be WP file size limits so we are trying to fix that.
 * In the meantime, as we are running PHP 7.2 on a multisite so is that a problem?
 * Is there any other way for me to install the extensions (most importantly the
   slider) using ftp?

 * Hi again, the slider seems to work now- I had to assign the relevant post and
   it appeared, although I didn’t activate the slider extension. It must be a different
   one?
 * I’m thinking of getting the Premium version once I’ve had time to test it all,
   including these two points;
 * 1. The alignment of the slider text is to the left – not quite central. Is this
   an easy fix. I’m using the TagDiv newspaper theme.
 * 2. Will the full version have the ability to change the fonts (including Google
   fonts) to match my main site?

 * Could you please provide us with your site URL so that we can check your issue
   and provide you with the proper solution for this.
 * You can change the pre available google fonts only you can not use other fonts
   that are not included in the theme.
