Hi Andrew,
Sorry to hear about the troubles here. The first things you want to check are is this happening because of a theme or plugin conflict? Please try deactivating all other plugins and/or reverting to the default WordPress theme to see if this is the case. If that doesn’t make any difference, try making sure you have enough memory allocated to PHP on the server: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/ – also, make sure you are running the latest version of our plugin (2.0.11) and the latest version of WordPress.
Start with those things and let me know if any of that helps.

Hi Andrew,
Are you trying to use our plugin with a translation plugin like WPML or qTranslate?

Hi Andrew,
My suggestion would be to wait for the 3.0 release which is coming out very soon. We’re not going to be making any more changes to the 2.x code base and it’s likely this is fixed in 3.0. If it’s not we can look at opening up a ticket to get this resolved, but for now there’s not much we can do until you try 3.0
