Can't access dashboard

I deleted a plugin and all of sudden I cannot access my dashboard. I go to http://www.mydomain.com/wp-login.php and enter my log in and then get a blank screen.

My site is up and running fine (hotelswimmingpools.com) but I can’t get in to any admin functions.

Can anyone help? Do I need to go in through my hosting site?
