Can’t access coupons

    Dear support,

    After updating to the newest WooCommerce version, I can no longer accesss the coupons menu.

    When I go there via the direct URL (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_coupon) I receive an “insufficient permissions” notification.

    My account is an admin with full permissions (no user roles plugins installed). I’ve also tried creating a new admin to see if that would fix the problem, it didn’t. I’ve updated the theme and all plugins. So there shouldn’t be a problem there.

    Any idea?

    Hi, @nipoma!

    See if refreshing the permalinks helps. There’s no need to make any changes, just resave the current permalinks structure from your Settings > Permalinks page, and see if that helps.

    I didn’t get to try your option. The menu suddenly reappeared just before I wanted to try it.
