Can’t access backend chat. Failed to construct ‘WebSocket’

    Uncaught DOMException: Failed to construct ‘WebSocket’: The URL ‘/chatchannel?aid=1&pid=’ is invalid.

    When I go to the back-end “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wplivechat-menu” the chat does not display and the console log provides the mentioned message.

    I can set my status as online in the back-end

    On the front-end when I attempt to chat I get this:
