• I have tried renaming plugin folder via cpanel, or renaming just a couple of plugins – but that didn’t help. I managed to reset the password. I tried editing wp_user_roles and site_url but that didn’t help. For a while I was able to log in and the username would appear on the front page but the backend was not visible but now after all my fiddling around I can’t even get that. If I try to locate the wp_admin page it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” If I use the wp_login.php page I can enter the username and password but it just returns the main page. I tried disabling the theme but that just resulted in a blank page. I have tried the recoverypage but that has no result. I upgraded to php v 7.4 and wordpress was previously upgraded to 5.7.2 and all plugins were updated a week or 2 ago. The original error email said that Woocommerce Admin was where the error was caught. Where do I go from here?
