Can’t access admin page

On Sunday I managed to re-register my domain name, choose a hosting service and edit my webpage. Just basic edits to confirm Elementor was working inside WordPress. After reading about Cloudways I decided to cancel hosting on Bluehost and go to Cloudways. The problem I am having is that Cloudways migration tool inside WordPress is inaccessible because I cannot access my admin page in WordPress.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
