    Hello
We have had this problem twice while still setting up our calendar. We have set up a Category with multiple services. We have created some appointments in multiple ways including from the dashboard as an admin, using the Time Off function and simulating a user on our web site. This has worked successfully until the following happened – selecting Admin Calendar again from the dashboard the calendar page never loads. The loading symbol just keeps spinning. We have tried logging off and closing the browser. We have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox browsers but once this happens we cannot get the calendar again. We can still access al the plugins other functions. After the first time I used Remove Data. Then I had to deactivate the plugin and reactivate. It worked and we went through the process again of creating our services, creating some outstanding appointments and time off and then it happened again. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Allan

    Hello Abhishek

We had special characters in the category descriptions and one of the notification email texts. Special characters used were colon, left & right paranthesis and those required for a web address. They were not in appointments directly although I do not know how you save the data. If you save the category descriptions in the appointment then they were. Apart from that I was cutting and pasting the information from an email we wrote to define what we were going to do. Could they have been invisible special characters?
We removed the visible special characters and we still had the same problem. Again I don’t know if changing the descriptions changed the appointment database or not.
Finally I uninstalled and reinstalled. We have avoided all special characters everywhere. About a week later and it is still running OK.
Thank you for your help. I would appreciate some feedback on the outcome so I can better understand how the calendar works.
    Thanks
    Allan
