Can't access admin?

Hello,

I have moved my website from one domain to another, the front of the website is fine, but I can’t access the admin side.

When I visit /wp-admin/ it comes up with a white page, so I turned debugging mode on and I have the following errors:

Please can someone advice me on what to do it, and please let me know if I need to provide anymore information.
