# cannt access plugins :(

 * when I installed and activated this plugin /plugin-premium-package-manager-for-
   wp-networks/ I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY PLUGINS. And there in no plugin in my
   plugin folder.
    How I can become super ADMIN?

   This is that plugin link I activated it and now I can not see other plugin- why?
