cannot view WP Customer Area payment page

    Hello,

    This is the expected behavior.

    The payments can be accessed from the backend in Private Area > Payments.

    If I do what you write: “The payments can be accessed from the backend in Private Area > Payments.” Again I am redirected to dashboard. So I do not understand how open and view payment page. Please look at this screenshot: https://paste.pics/QEHWN

    So again: how could I access the back end? Thanks

    Hello,

    • Do you have the Invoice add-on installed? (The payment admin page will only show up along with this addon)
    • If yes, do you actually use an administrator account?

    The “Payment” link you are actually seing into this Frontend Private Area sub-menu should not be there. It is actually just a tiny bug which is already resolved and will be pushed in a future release.
    You can simply ignore this link for now since the frontend area does not include any Payment page.
