Cannot View submission – Times out

    I have 4900+ subscriptions recently on this particular form. When I selected that form to view the submissions, it times out and then goes to the home page. I’ve noticed it taking longer and longer as more submissions came in. When I hit 2000+ it started to time-out.

    I have little to no submissions on the other forms and they load quickly.

    How do I get to view these large amounts of submissions on this one form without timing out? Without it loading, I cannot export it before deleting it.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear friend, we have pagination on the submissions page and as a logic, we always load data only for one page to avoid timeout.
    On which page you start getting timeouts?
    Or how many submissions are loading on one page?

    This is Version 1.13.44. Does that have pagination? BTW, I have the licensed higher version on another site but no submissions yet on that one.

    First it was a few hundred and got a little slower, then over a thousand then it was super slow loading and by the time I hit 2000+ it took so long it timed out and went to the home page. I cannot get to it to see how many it displays at one time.

    Hi @louddrums,

    Yes, that is the latest free version and sure it should have pagination, doesn’t it?

    All submissions are trying to load on the same page?

    If yes, could you please contact our support team using the following form so as the developers will advise solution.

    As an alternative, you can suser filters and filter submissions per date and accordingly install and then delete.

    While I’m reaching out to the support team, how do you get to the alternative? There’s no filter anywhere before selecting your submission. You have to first open up the submission selection to get to any filter or even export which cannot be done without timing out.
