    I have successfully installed Woopos Pro, but when I click on ‘View POS’ it redirects me to the admin login screen and I cannot get further (despite having the correct admin login). Any ideas please? Hopefully I am not missing something simple… BTW, is there a simple ‘step by step’ guide? I can see all the support files but nothing re: installation beyond the license key.

    It could possibly be an access issue (ie: you need the access_woocommerce_pos capability).

    The Pro plugin should be no different than the free plugin … did you have this problem with just the free plugin installed?

    Thanks for the reply. It didn’t work with he free plug-in either. Is the a file I need to edit to allow access? Thanks.

    I am definitely an administrator (even created a new admin account) but no luck. I should have all access according to access_woocommerce_pos. Any other ideas? Thanks.

    No problem. Just double check that you have the access_woocommerce_pos capability by going to WP Admin > POS Settings > POS Access. This is enabled by default for administrators and shop managers so it shouldn’t really be a problem when you first install the plugin.

    It sounds like it may be a conflict with another plugin you have installed. If you can email me via support@woopos.com.au with a temporary admin account I can get it working for you.

    This issue was resolved via email. For the benefit of others: the problem was due to a mismatch between the WordPress URL and the Site URL.

    Thanks for your great support. Working great now – love it!

    I am having a similar problem with the plug-in. I have installed multiple times, verified that I have access, and looked for other fixes. Every time I go to POS> View POS> I get a blank page. Can you please post a solution?

    1. Check the demo site, are you able to see the POS?
    2. If not, try the demo in another browser.

    Yes, the demo works in chrome for me.

    The issue for @deltadirac was resolved by email.

    For the benefit of other users, if the POS is displaying a blank page please open your browser console. This will give you some information about what has gone wrong.
