# Cannot view attachments

 * While trying to view attached images or PDF files this error appears:
    Uncaught
   Error: Call to undefined function mime_content_type() in …\plugins\supportcandy\
   includes\class-wpsc-actions.php:557
 * I assume this is because fileinfo PHP extension might be missing? We are running
   PHP 7.2.7 We have had the plugin working until recently.

 * Hello,
 * Please enable **fileinfo** extension for PHP on your server and then recheck 
   the issue. Please go to your cPanel and enable it. Otherwise, please contact 
   your hosting provider and ask them to enable it for you.
