Cannot validate Turnstile keys

    Hi,

    On 1 blog, am trying to switch to Fluent Forms, as I did for others I manage who work fine.

    After adding both Turnstile keys, the “Validate keys” option stays inactive, as is the “Save Settings” button.
    I tried in troubleshooting mode = same.

    It seems someone had almost the same problem here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/feedback-for-cloudflare-turnstile-settings/ (a long time ago)

    What’s specific about this WordPress installation: it’s updated to version 6.8 [wordpress.org says “Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.” 😉 ]

    I had absolutely no trouble setting up on the other blogs…

    PS: I use the same keys to enable captcha on login forms and comments via AIOWPS, and they’ve been working for months now…

    Hello @didierjm,

    Could you please let us know if you got any console errors when you try to save the keys? In addition, if you have any caching activated, please clear out the cache and let us know the update.

    Hi,

    The thing, as stated previously, is I CANNOT save, the button is disabled.

    I use SURGE as page cache, but tried disabling it and it’s the same.

    Hello @didierjm,

    Would you please click on clear settings first and then try to save the keys as shown in the screenshot. The clear settings button should enable the save button.

    Let us know if you face any issues after that.

    Hi,

    Just tried (twice) and this generates a strange error message BTW (“your Turnsite settings were deleted” in French in my case). All settings are indeed cleared.

    But then, as soon as I enter both keys, the “Save Settings” button is deactivated again.
