Cannot use translate function

Hello everybody,

I’m sure somebody had this problem before me, but I can’t find a solution for this so bear with me please 🙂

http://rudannacastra.overmeerdesign.nl is what I am working on. If I click on a translatable item, I do not get the popup like in the video, something shows up in my footer but nothing down there works, nor the buttons nor the input fields. Anybody any idea what I’m doing wrong?
