# Cannot Use Drag & Drop Editor

 * Hi there,
 * When I’m in “Design Your Email” and I switch to the Drag & Drop Editor, the “
   Section, Element and Post Blocks” quickly appear, then disappear, so I can’t 
   use them.
 * I tried it on a couple different browsers but the same thing is happening.
 * Please advise. Thanks!

 * To help us investigate, could you please share:
    - Your WordPress version
    - Your Icegram Express version
    - Whether you see any errors in the browser console?
 * Meanwhile, please try using the[ **Health Check & Troubleshooting** ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   plugin. This is the safest way to rule out conflicts:
    1. Install the “**Health Check & Troubleshooting**” plugin
    2. Go to **Tools → Site Health → Troubleshooting Mode**
    3. Enable troubleshooting mode (this won’t affect your live site visitors)
    4. Disable all plugins except Icegram Express
    5. Switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Five)
    6. Check if the Drag & Drop blocks still disappear
 * If the issue stops in troubleshooting mode, it usually indicates a conflict with
   another plugin or theme.
 * Once you try this, please let us know the result and we’ll help you narrow it
   down further.
