# Cannot upload phots

 * I can’t upload photos and keep getting this message: Unable to create directory/
   usr/local/pem/vhosts/107502/webspace/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2011/03. Is 
   its parent directory writable by the server?
    I have read loads of the posts 
   on the forum but everyone is saying to go to “wp admin, settings, misc” to change
   permissions, but I don’t even appear to have a “settings” tab on my admin page.
   I don’t know whether this is because my webhost did a one touch download for 
   me and installed WP without me having to do anything. Where do I access permissions?

 * You will need to change the directory permissions to 777.
 * CHMOD 0777
 * Use FTP or your web hosts file manager. This isn’t something that one would do
   within WordPress.
 * Your host may be limiting your options. Host with me and resolve all issues.
