cannot upload new image: “Upload” ghosted

After selecting my replacement image, the “Upload” button is not accessible: it is greyed out/ghosted. Both the current and replacement images are PNG files, albeit difference sizes.

I am using WP 5.2.1 with Enable Media Replace 3.3.0. It has previously worked fine under onlder version of it and WordPress.

Any ideas?

Could you please downgrade EMR and see if the problem is solved?

I tried 3.2.7. Same problem. (I am using theme: Avada 5.9.1; WP 5.2.1.)

We cannot reproduce this and we believe it could be related to a conflict with another plugin.
Could you please contact us directly providing us with temporary admin access to an environment where we could replicate the issue?

I would be interested to hear if this issue was resolved. I am experiencing the same problem. When I inspect the button in the browser I can manually remove the “disabled” from it and it does work for me.

I am having the same issue, since updating to the latest version, the “Upload” button is not accessible: it is greyed out/ghosted, i have downgraded to 3.3.1 and the issue is resolved
