Cannot Upload Media Properly

    Hi All,

    I have a website that all of a sudden I’m not be able to upload media to properly, whilst nothing has been added or changed from our side. See screenshot below:

    The media looks like it is uploaded but the thumbnail doesn’t display and if I go to the direct link it states ‘The page could not be found’

    Does anyone have any experience or any advice in regards to fixing this issue?

    Once you upload your media file (e.g. image) are you able to see it in Media grid or List pages of admin? Also is this possible for you to double check whether the file was really uploaded to its designated folder? I don’t think it is a WordPress issue, you might need to look at the permission of the folder where your images are supposed to be stored on the server.
