Have had the same site for over 5 years, yesterday the dropdown menu option within media to see only images ‘uploaded to this post’ has disappeared. Anyone have an idea why or how this could have changed?

I’m hoping to get back the original option within WordPress to manage the images within the listing posts – not necessarily set featured images. The option to see images uploaded to a post is completely gone, and new posts are not showing images at all, even after uploading them.
