Cannot upload images "Listing Images"

    Using Select Business Directory Plugin version 2.1.4.1

    We have recently moved the WordPress install to another server.
    Also change the url.

    We lost all of the images associated to each Listing (Listing Image).
    Now I am trying to:-

    1. Edit Listing
    2. Listing Images > [Upload Image]
    3. [Browse] for my image then [Upload]

    The popup disappears but nothing happens and no image appears.
    No error is reported either.

    Can this be related to the Permissions set on the upload directory?
    If so, what should it be set to?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    I’ve tried to Search the Support forum but could not find a match for this problem.

    Hi Tania,

    The problem is that your images all have the “old URL” in them when they were saved. You need to either re-upload all the images (not ideal), or go into the database and change the image URLs to use the new URL.

    You should also check that when you moved the site, you also moved all the files that came with BD and the rest of your installation. If you didn’t, you’d be missing the images altogether, which is probably the most likely cause here.
