# Cannot upload images

 * I’ve just installed NextGen, but cannot upload any images. Each time I try to
   upload I get an error icon and the message ‘HTTP error’

 * I was getting the same error. Now after deleting and reinstalling NextGen Gallery
   I can’t get it to run at all. It just shows this error now:
 * /home/content/d/s/w/dswebb/html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/
   modules/nextgen_basic_album/nextgen_basic_album_gallery_display_type.php is not
   a valid MVC template

   you seeing anything in your server error_log files? Have you tried checking for
   plugin conflicts?

   need our external Reset Tool plugin based on that error message. Please send
