I’ve installed WP on Windows IIS using http://php.iis.net which works extremely well. However, after migrating from LAMP to Windows, file uploads from the contact form are not working anymore, I receive an error ‘Failed to upload file’.
I get a clue when I go to edit the form as it displays the message:
This contact form contains file uploading fields, but the temporary folder for the files (H:\WebSpace\ckwejxgt\dkg.com.au\wwwroot/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads) does not exist or is not writable. You can create the folder or change its permission manually.
The folder is definitely writable, but the path appears incorrect, so I added the following line to wp-config.php:
define( 'WPCF7_UPLOADS_TMP_DIR', 'H:\WebSpace\ckwejxgt\dkg.com.au\wwwroot\wp-content\uploads\wpcf7_uploads' );
However, I’m still getting the same error. Any ideas?
