# Cannot update/delete plugins via wordpress

 * I cannot update/delete any plugins using WordPress admin panel.
 * > Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or
   > is not writable.
 * This is an example message when updating.
 * Tried setting 775 permission on all wp-content folders and files, even 777 and
   it did not help.
 * Any thoughts?

 * Did you have plugins folder under wp-content??
 * Change the “wp-content” folder’s permissions to 755.
