    WordPress version: 5.8.2
    PHP version: PHP 7.2.24
I will be updating this to 7.4 or higher.

I tried updating the WooCommerce Multi-currency plugin & reCaptcha for Woocommerce today and got the following error:
“Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”

Might this be relating to my PHP version? What version of PHP is recommended before updating?

We are using Really Simple SSL plugin. Not sure if this is affecting it.

I’m going to update PHP to version 7.4 and see if this makes any difference. Do you think it will?

    Any pointers are much appreciated.

    Hello,

Thank you for patiently waiting for us. We apologize for this late reply.
For the free version of the plugin, you do not need to download the plugin again. You can use the Update now button when there is a notification of a new update release.
This is not related to PHP version. You can use our plugin with PHP version 7.0 or higher. which source of our plugin did you download?

According to your description, it seems similar to an error a customer got when they downloaded the premium version, but an incorrect file on Envato.

Please let us know your manipulation when you update the WooCommerce Multi Currency plugin, any specific description, sreenchots, videos,… that help us locate the issue quickly are appreciated.

    Best regards.
