Cannot Update Profile (v2.2.1)

So, I just did a clean install of WordPress on my server and reloaded all my posts and users. When I went to change my password from the randomized one WordPress gives you, I got a blank page on /wp-admin/profile-update.php. I gave it a minute to see if it would automatically redirect, but nothing. I’m unable to change my profile without it hosing on that page. How can I get past this?
